Crystal Pine Awards Nomination- Best Original Score
Very excited to share that my score for “Growing Through Covid 19” was nominated in the Best Original Score-Documentary category at the 2023 International Sound and Film Music Festival in Samobor, Croatia.. I’m very grateful to the festival jury for this recognition and to ISFMF artistic director Ozren K. Glaser for his warm welcome at the award ceremony. It was an absolute pleasure meeting the other nominees and listening to the evening’s musical performances.
I also want to extend my deepest gratitude to director Genevieve Skehan, who captained our ship and brought the project to completion as well as to our sound mixing engineer and all-around great human Greg McCleary, who elevated the cues and breathed new life into them. It’s been a huge honour being involved in this project and working with such an amazing team of fellow creatives.
